6 months - 6 years old

Lobes only

 Requires 2 adults present with birth certificate and valid ID

14-15 years old

All ear piercings, nose , lip, and eyebrow services 

Requires valid ID and a parent or legal guardian present with valid ID

16+ 

All ear piercings, nostril, lip, eyebrow, and navel services

Requires valid ID and a parent or legal guardian present with valid ID

18+

All piercing services available with valid ID

ID POLICY:
Anyone UNDER 18 MUST BRING:

• Photo ID (School ID, State ID, Driver’s License)
• Birth Certificate
• Their parent or legal guardian. They must also provide a form of valid ID as well and be present to sign a release form.
• The last name of the minor and parent MUST MATCH.

Any minor getting pierced must have all three documents EVERY TIME they wish to get a piercing, NO MATTER THE CIRCUMSTANCES.

Anyone 18+:
Needs to provide a valid photo ID

ex: driver’s license, passport, government issued ID

**In the state of Massachusetts, permits or temporary licenses are NOT valid forms of ID and state so on the document**
